Hohhot City stadium, referred to as Hohhot stadium, is located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region new city of Hohhot city Gen Gi Khan Street South of the stadium. Relatively built in 1952 Hohhot people's Stadium ("old stadium"), Hohhot stadium in the local is called the "new stadium". The stadium project started in June 2005. It was completed in July 6, 2007 and was put into use. It is the largest and most perfect stadium in the northwest.
